江西中医药大学国际学生综合行为表现考核实施细则（试行）
Behavioral Assessment Regulations of International Students from
Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine
为进一步加强我校国际学生管理，调动留学生自我教育、自我管理的积极性，规范和养成留学生良好行为，贯彻落实学校的有关管理条例，结合留学生实际，特制定江西中医药大学国际学生综合行为表现考核实施细则。
In order to further strengthen the management of international students in our school, mobilize the enthusiasm of self-education and self-management of international students, to standardize and develop better behaviors of international students, the relevant management of the school formulates the following comprehensive regulations.
一、适用范围
本规定的适应对象为江西中医药大学国际教育学院全体国际学生。
The provisions of this regulation include all international students from the International Education College of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine.
二、考核范围及方法
1、成立留学生综合行为表现考评组，由院领导、班主任和留学生教学管理人员组成，负责本学院留学生综合考评工作。
Establishment of a comprehensive assessment method of behavioral improvement and performance assessment group that comprises a team of the college leaders, headmasters and teachers from teaching department and international students, responsible for the comprehensive assessment of international students.
2、留学生的学习、缴费、生活、守纪、奖励等方面的综合行为表现均以量化形式体现。量化后考核成绩作为学期内留学生日常管理评定的依据。

3、留学生综合行为表现考核以一学期为周期。学期中，班主任要对每位留学生学习、缴费、生活、守纪及奖励情况进行记录，每学期小结，评出总分，学期开学初公布上一学期考核成绩。
The comprehensive performance assessment is based on a semester assessment as a cycle. During the semester, the headmaster shall record the performances of the students in study, payment, life, obedience and rewards of each international student. The summary of each semester will be summarized, and the total score will be announced at the beginning of the semester.
4、留学生综合行为表现与居留许可延期、奖学金评选等方面挂钩。
The comprehensive behavior of international students is linked to the extension of residence permit and the selection of scholarships.
三、考核项目量表Assessment Project Scale

寝室卫生不合格 - 5分

备注：
A. 因欠缴学费办理居留许可延期半年的同学，如在半年内仍未缴清学费，将不予办理签证延期手续。
Students who have only half-year resident permit due to tuition fee problem will not go through the procedures of resident permit extension if they fail to pay up in this half year.
B. 欠缴学费超过一学年的学生，不予办理签证延期手续。
Students who fail to pay tuition fees for more than one academic year shall not go through the procedures of resident permit extension.
2、留学生综合行为表现情况，毕业时进入档案。
The comprehensive behavior of international students will be recorded in the archives when they graduate.
3、本办法自发布之日起实施，由国际教育学院负责解释。
The present regulations shall be implemented from the issuing date onwards and shall be interpreted by the International Education College.
宗教行为制度
江西中医药大学尊重国际学生的宗教信仰，但不提供举行宗教仪式的场所；校内任何地方严禁进行传教及宗教聚会活动；
国际学生允许在已发登记的寺院、宫观、清真寺、教堂参加宗教活动。如南昌的天主堂、清真寺等
国际学生不得在中国境内成立宗教组织，设立宗教办事机构，设立宗教活动场所，或者开办宗教院校，举办宗教培训班。
国际学生不得在中国公民中委任宗教教职人员，发展宗教教徒。
国际学生不得擅自在任何场所讲经、讲道、传教，进行宗教聚会活动。
国际学生不得制作或销售宗教书刊、宗教音像制品、宗教电子出版物等宗教用品。
国际学生不得散发任何宗教宣传品。
交通行为制度
江西中医药大学对校园电动车实行交通管制，电动车驾驶员必须在学校保卫处（科技学院综治办）注册本人电动车并获得许可后，方可在校园内通行。
严禁在校内无证驾驶、无驾照或者无车辆合法行驶证件者必须自行处理本人电动车。
出入校园，必须出示准入许可。
电动车在校园内限速20公里/小时，严禁超速行驶，严禁载人。
禁止非法驾驶燃油摩托车及电动摩托车，电动车必须到南昌市交通管理局取得合法注册牌照。以下驾驶行为均为违法：酒后驾车、骑车过快、噪音过大、无证驾驶汽车、摩托车等。
防火篇
遇到火灾时；千万不要慌张，选择最近的逃生出口，并且要弯腰，匍匐等用低姿势撤离，遇有浓烟烈火时，必须把自己的衣服淋湿，再用湿毛巾捂住口鼻撤离，视线不清时，用手摸墙壁徐徐撤离，总之要及时逃生，不能躲，在楼上时要往下走，因为火是往上窜的，但不要盲目跳楼，应尽量等待救援。在等待时，手里拿手电或金属敲打发出声音。跳楼时要选择沙地、泥地或把棉被先扔在地上，拿着被、衣往下跳，这样可以减小冲击力，使脚先落地，也可用绳索自救，滑下去或沿着落水管、电缆线滑下去，只能在室内时可关死门，用湿布堵封，开着窗，用水泼门，冲进门救火时要摸下金属手把，再决定是否可进去救，从门缝看内、外情况（因为会回火，有了空气就会一下子燃烧起来）。
人身上着火后应注意以下几点：
1、不能奔跑，就地打滚。
2、可迅速将着火的衣服撕裂脱下。
3、附近有河水池之类可跳入浅水中。
4、往身上浇水
防盗篇
1．大学校园中发生的盗窃方式有哪几种？
(1)顺手牵羊：作案分子趁无人或同学不备将放在桌、床等处的钱物信手拈来占为已有。
(2)窗外钓鱼：作案人用竹竿等工具在窗外将室内他人的物品钩走。
(3)翻窗入室：作案人翻越没有牢固防范设施的窗户、气窗等入室行窃。
(4)以推销物品的形式踩点，然后进行偷窃。
(5)以认老乡形式或困难求助为名窃去银行卡或饭卡密码，取走银行的存款或饭卡的钱。
2．基本的防盗方法有哪几种？
(1)贵重物品不用时最好锁在抽屉、柜子(箱子)里或寄存它处。
(2)饭卡要随身携带，不要存太多的钱，丢失后要立即挂失。
(3)注意保管好自己的钥匙，不要轻易借给他人，防止钥匙失控。
(4)最后离开宿舍的同学，要关好窗户锁好门，千万不能怕麻烦。
(5)对形迹可疑的陌生人要提高警惕，留心观察,必要时可打电话给校保卫科。
(6)晚上休息或假期不在宿舍时，一定要关好门窗，不将贵重物品放于靠窗前的桌上。
寝室卫生管理条例
Regulation on Dormitory Sanitation
学生寝室卫生状况是反映、衡量学生个人和学院、班级、寝室等集体精神面貌的一项重要指标，其相关结果纳入各项评优评先工作体系。
As life in the dormitory is closely related to the achievements of a student, a dormitory and even a class, students’ dormitory sanitation shall be graded and the result shall be included during all kinds of excellences awards appraisal.
学生寝室卫生包括学生个人卫生、学生寝室内务卫生和公共卫生三个部分。
1. 学生个人卫生要求：
1.1 保持正常合理的生活规律，积极锻炼身体；
1.2 经常洗澡、理发，及时换洗衣服、床单、枕巾等物品。个人卫生用品、物品按规定摆放有序，整齐合理。
2. 学生寝室内务卫生由寝室长安排轮流值日，提倡互助互爱，要求如下：
2.1 门窗洁净，玻璃明亮，无破损，无糊纸及贴物。
2.2地面清洁无痰迹、积水、污迹、烟蒂、果壳、废物等。
2.3 墙壁整洁无涂画。
2.4 被子叠放整齐，床单干净平整。
2.5桌子干净整洁，物品摆放整齐。
2.6空气：清新。
第四十八条 学生寝室内务卫生由公寓管理部门负责检查、考核、公布、评比，检查结果当周内报送至学院。考核结果作为年级、班级、寝室和学生个人考核的一项重要依据。
第四十九条 公寓公共卫生要求
（一）不随地倒污水、垃圾、剩饭剩菜，扔果壳、纸屑等杂物，不向公寓楼外扔物品；不在公寓内做饭；
（二）不在公共场所堆放物品，私自拉绳晾晒衣物；
（三）保持厕所、洗澡间清洁，大小便入池，做到便后放水冲洗，保持墙壁干净。

The floor should be clean without water, spit, oil and rubbish etc.; (1’)
The wall should have no drawing, oil, stickers and graffiti pollution; (1’)
The quilt and bed sheet should be folded or leveled off; (1’)
The table and things on it should be clean and in order; (1’)
The air should be fresh; (1’)
Keep bathroom and lavatory clean and flush the lavatory after using it. (1’)
Don’t park personal belongings (shoes, clothes and other things) in public place. (1’)
Things such as electric cooking (pot), electro thermal furnace, pressure cooker, electric frying pan, microwave oven, induction cooker, electric blanket，electric heater and other item which shall put excess load to electricity meter are not allowed in the dormitory. (2’)
