江西中医药大学国际教育学院外籍教师管理条例


根据国家教育部、江西省教育厅对于外籍教师管理的相关规定,制定本条例,并使在江西中医药大学国际教育学院从教的每位外籍教师知悉和遵守本条例。此条例没有规定的,参照合同。合同另有约定的,依照合同。

1、外籍教师须按照合同遵守中国法律、法规、宗教政策及其它相关政策。遵守学校有关规章制度。

2、外籍教师须具有从事国际教育的职业道德,尊重不同国家的风俗习惯,尊重其他种族和他国主权,不得做有损他人或他国的事。与他人和谐相处,相互尊重,增进友谊。

3、外籍教师不得参加和教学无关的政治活动和社会活动,不得干涉中国内政,不得进行非法宗教活动,不得传教。

4、外教须在入境后24小时内将护照交于学院管理部门,配合居留许可证的办理(待学校复印存底后归还护照);并提供一张一寸免冠照用于办理临时身份证明,以确保外教出行安全。

5、外籍教师需遵守外专管理工作规程,接受学校对其工作的安排、指导和评价。

6、外籍教师需根据学院教学安排、依据教学大纲完成教学任务,确保教学质量。教学内容不得涉及宗教。依照学校考试制度完成各项考评考试,不泄露考题,公正评分。配合学院对学生进行各项教学管理。参加教学会议和必要的课外活动。

7、外籍教师未经相关教学部门允许,外教不得相互代课,不得更改上课时间或地点。

8、外籍教师须爱护公寓及其内各项设施、爱护教学设施及其他公共设施。

9、外籍教师在合同期自行出游,须告知学院管理部门其出游行程,联系方式及返校时间。外出期间请勿乘坐无牌或超载车辆。

10、外教离开宿舍时请检查门锁,不要将贵重物品和现金留在宿舍;应将宿舍钥匙随身携带,不要借予其他人,包括学生。

11、为保证安全,外教不允许在校外住宿。如果有特殊情况,须提前书面告知外事办公室。

12、外籍教师应遵守有关的会客制度,不得在寝室单独辅导异性学生,督促访客按规定时间离开宿舍,不得在宿舍里留宿他人。

13、外籍教师须安全使用各种设施,不可拆卸电源接口,电灯开关或插座;不可私自拉线;离开寝室前须关闭电器和煤气开关;未经允许不得使用大功率电器和易燃易爆物品。

14、外籍教师须严格遵守中国的新冠疫情防控管理,配合学校做好疫情防控措施,境内外籍教师须完成健康情况每日一报。

15、违反上述条例者,依照合同进行处罚。

Regulations Manual for Foreign Teachers

In International Education College of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine


Teachers are responsible for knowing and observing the policies and rules listed in this manual. Outlined below are the general responsibilities, obligations of foreign teachers. For further details, please refer to the employment contracts.

1. Teachers must observe the relevant laws and decrees formulated by the Chinese government; Obey the Chinese policy on religious. Teachers must observe the relevant regulations established by the University.

2. Foreign teachers must have professional ethics in international education and respect the customs of different countries, respect other races and the sovereignty of other countries, and shall not do anything harmful to others or other countries. Teachers should maintain the friendship that develops with interactions of people from different countries on the basis of mutual respect, unity and harmony.

3. Foreign teachers are prohibited from participating in political and social activities unrelated to teaching. Foreign teachers are prohibited from interfering in China's internal affairs, carrying out illegal religious activities and preaching.

4. Teachers should submit to the management of college within 24 hours after arrival their passports which will be returned at after being photocopied, and cooperate to fulfill the necessary procedures for resident permit. Each Teacher should afford one passport-sized photo for the transitional identity card which is supposed to be taken by the teachers all the time for the sake of security.

5. Foreign teachers shall observe the work system and regulations concerning the administration of foreign experts and shall accept University’s arrangement, direction, supervision and evaluation in regard to their work.

6. Foreign teachers shall complete the teaching tasks in accordance with the teaching schedule and guarantee the quality of work, which includes: to take attendance in every class; to conscientiously teach as per the syllabus agreed upon by both sides in accordance with the teaching program. Foreign teachers shall attend all teaching meetings and necessary extracurricular activities on the basis of the contract. No contents related with religious in class.

7. Teachers shall not substitute one another in class or change timetable, classroom without the permission from relevant teaching affairs office.

8. Foreign teachers should take good care of the apartment and its facilities, teaching facilities and other public facilities.

9. Teachers, who travel by themselves within the valid contract period, should report to the FAO their travel plans, methods of contact and return time. Teachers should not take any overloaded or unlicensed vehicles when you are traveling outside.

10. Teachers must lock their apartmentdo not leave any valuablescash or important documents behind before going away from apartment. Apartment key should be carried all the time without lending to anyone else, including students.

11. For safety, teachers are not allowed to stay over-night off campus; if they have to do that in case of emergency, they need to inform management of college in advance in writing.

12. Teachers shall abide by relevant rules or regulations for visitors established by the school; Urge visitors to leave at stipulated time. Do not accommodate anyone in the apartment overnight. Tutoring student of opposite-sex alone in the apartment is also forbidden.

13. Teachers must use all kinds of facilities safely. Teachers are forbidden to remove the coverings from electrical access ports, light switches or plugs. Refit any electric wire is neither permitted; Teachers should switch off all electrical appliances and gas tank before going away from apartment; do not use high-watt appliances, inflammable or explosive substances without permission.

14. Foreign teachers must strictly abide by China's COVID-19 prevention and control management, cooperate with school to do well in epidemic prevention and control measures, and foreign teachers in China must do the daily health report.

15. Violators of the above regulations shall be punished in accordance with the contract.
